، يَقُولُ : " عَلامَةُ مَلْحَمَةِ الإسْكَنْدَرِيَّةِ إِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ دِهْقَانَيْنِ مِنْ دَهَاقِنَةِ الْعَرَبِ خَرَجَا إِلَى الرُّومِ ، فَهُوَ عَلامَةُ مَلْحَمَةِ الإسْكَنْدَرِيَّةِ " .
