، أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِعَلِيٍّ : " إِنَّكَ كُنْتُ شَاوَرْتَنِي فِي أَرْضٍ تَشْتَرِيهَا خِيَارِ الأَرَاضِي فَنَهَيْتُكَ ، فَإِنْ كَانَ لَكَ بِهَا حَاجَةً فَاشْتَرِهَا ، فَإِنَّهُ سَيَكُونُ عَلَى رَأْسِ الأَرْبَعِينَ صُلْحٌ وَجَمَاعَةٌ " .
