رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ سَأَلَ رَجُلا مِنَ الْيَهُودِ فَحَدَّثَهُ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ : " إِنِّي قَدْ بَلَوْتُ مِنْكَ صِدْقًا ، فَأَخْبِرْنِي عَنِ الدَّجَّالِ " ، فَقَالَ : " وَإِلَهِ يَهُودَ لَيَقْتُلَنَّهُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ بِفِنَاءِ لُدٍّ " .
