، قَالَ : " لا بَأْسَ بِذَبِيحَةِ الْمُسْلِمِ وَإِنْ نَسِيَ أَنْ يُسَمِّيَ ، وَلا تُؤْكَلْ ذَبِيحَةُ الْمَجُوسِيِّ وَإِنْ سَمَّى " .
