وَرُوِيَ فِي ذَلِكَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ مَا قَدْ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ , قَالَ : ثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ , عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، " فِي رَجُلٍ رَهَنَ رَجُلا جَارِيَةً فَهَلَكَتْ ، قَالَ : هِيَ بِحَقِّ الْمُرْتَهِنِ " .
