، قَالَ : " إِذَا كَانَ فِي الرَّهْنِ فَضْلٌ ، فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ ، فَهُوَ بِمَا فِيهِ ، وَإِنْ لَمْ تُصِبْهُ جَائِحَةٌ وَاتُّهِمَ ، فَإِنَّهُ يَرُدُّ الْفَضْلَ " .
