، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ : " إِنِ امْرُؤٌ هَلَكَ لَيْسَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ وَلَهُ أُخْتٌ فَلَهَا نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ سورة النساء آية 176 ، قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : فَقُلْتُمْ أَنْتُمْ لَهَا النِّصْفُ ، وَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ " .
