، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ ، فَدَخَلَتْ فِي الدَّمِ مِنَ الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ ، فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ ، وَبَرِئَ مِنْهَا وَلا تَرِثُهُ وَلا يَرِثُهَا " .
