رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، فَقَالَتْ : إِذَا جَاوَزَ الْخِتَانُ الْخِتَانَ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْغُسْلُ " ، فَقَالَ : عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ : لا أَسْمَعُ أَحَدًا يَقُولُ : الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ ، إِلا جَعَلْتُهُ نَكَالا .
