رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ كَانَ يَأْخُذُ عَلَى هَذَا الْكِتَابِ ، فَذَكَرَ فَرَائِضَ الإِبِلِ ، ذِكْرٌ مِنْهَا أَنَّ مَا زَادَ عَلَى عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةٍ ، فَفِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ بِنْتُ لَبُونٍ ، وَفِي كُلِّ خَمْسِينَ حِقَّةٌ " .
