: " يَعْمِدُ أَحَدُكُمْ فَيَضْرِبُ أَخَاهُ مِثْلَ آكِلَةِ اللَّحْمِ " قَالَ الْحَجَّاجُ : يَعْنِي الْعَصَا ، ثُمَّ يَقُولُ لا قَوَدَ عَلَيَّ ، لا أُوتَى بِأَحَدٍ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ إِلا أَقَدْتُهُ . وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ خِلافُ ذَلِكَ .
