وَقَدْ حَدَّثَنَا فَهْدٌ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ , قَالَ : ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : " لا يُنْتَفَعُ مِنَ الرَّهْنِ بِشَيْءٍ " .
