، قَالَ : " كَانَتِ الدُّورُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ ، وَعُمَرَ ، وَعُثْمَانَ مَا تُبَاعُ ، وَلا تُكْرَى ، وَلا تُدْعَى إِلا السَّوَائِبَ ، مَنِ احْتَاجَ سَكَنَ ، وَمَنِ اسْتَغْنَى أَسْكَنَ " .
