، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : سُئِلَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ " الرَّجُلِ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ رَقَبَةٌ ، هَلْ يُعْتِقُ فِيهَا ابْنَ زِنًا ؟ فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ : نَعَمْ ، ذَلِكَ يُجْزِئُ عَنْهُ " .
