، يَقُولُ : " لَيْسَ بِرِهَانِ الْخَيْلِ بَأْسٌ إِذَا دَخَلَ فِيهَا مُحَلِّلٌ ، فَإِنْ سَبَقَ أَخَذَ السَّبْقَ ، وَإِنْ سُبِقَ لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ " .
