، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ الْبَدَوِيَّةِ يُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا : " إِنَّهَا تَنْتَوِي حَيْثُ انْتَوَى أَهْلُهَا " . قَالَ مَالِكٌ : وَهَذَا الْأَمْرُ عِنْدَنَا .
