، أَنّ عَبْدًا كَانَ يَقُومُ عَلَى رَقِيقِ الْخُمُسِ ، وَأَنَّهُ اسْتَكْرَهَ جَارِيَةً مِنْ ذَلِكَ الرَّقِيقِ ، فَوَقَعَ بِهَا ، " فَجَلَدَهُ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ وَنَفَاهُ ، وَلَمْ يَجْلِدِ الْوَلِيدَةَ لِأَنَّهُ اسْتَكْرَهَهَا " .
