وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَهُ " عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَتَكَارَى الدَّابَّةَ ثُمَ يُكْرِيهَا بِأَكْثَرَ مِمَّا تَكَرَاها بِهِ ، فَقَالَ : لا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ " .
