قَالَ : وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ النَّجِيرَمِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْعُتْبِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الشَّافِعِيَّ ، يَقُولُ : " كَانَ مَالِكٌ إِذَا شَكَّ فِي بَعْضِ الْحَدِيثِ طَرَحَهُ كُلَّهُ " .
