رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، يَقُولُ : " لا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ ، وَلا يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ " ، قَالَ عَطَاءٌ : يَتَنَحَّى عَنْهُ الإِيمَانُ .
