رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، يَقُولُ : " إِنَّ خَيْرَ هَذِهِ الأُمَّةِ بَعْدَ نَبِيِّهَا صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، ثُمَّ خَيْرُهَا بَعْدَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عُمَرُ ثُمَّ يَجْعَلُ اللَّهُ الْخَيْرَ حَيْثُ أَحَبَّ " ، إِسْنَادُهُ ضَعِيفٌ جِدًّا .
