وَقَالَ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " الْيَتِيمَةُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ فِي نَفْسِهَا ، فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَهُوَ إِذْنُهَا ، وَإِنْ أَبَتْ فَلا جَوَازَ عَلَيْهَا " .
