، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ زَرَعَ فِي أَرْضِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ ، فَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنَ الزَّرْعِ شَيْءٌ ، وَلَهُ نَفَقَتُهُ " .
