، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاحُهَا ، نَهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ " .
