قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ : أنا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ وَكِيعًا يَقُولُ : مَنْ قَالَ الْقُرْآنُ مَخْلُوقٌ فَهُوَ كَافِرٌ " .
