لِعَمْرِو بْنِ الأَهْتَمِ : " أَيُّ الرِّجَالِ أَشْجَعُ ؟ قَالَ : مَنْ رَدَّ جَهْلَهُ بِحِلْمِهِ ، قَالَ : أَيُّ الرِّجَالِ أَسْمَى ؟ قَالَ : مَنْ بَذَلَ دُنْيَاهُ فِي صَلاحِ دِينِه " .
