وَأَنْشَدَنِي الثَّقَفِيُّ : وَلَيْسَ يَتِمُّ الْحِلْمُ لِلْمَرْءِ رَاضِيًا إِذَا هُوَ عِنْدَ السُّخْطِ لَمْ يَتَحَلَّمِ كَمَا لا يَتِمُّ الْجُودُ لِلْمَرْءِ مُثْرِيًا إِذَا هُوَ لاقَى الْعُسْرَ لَمْ يَتَجَشَّمِ .
