، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا شِغَارَ فِي الإِسْلامِ ، وَهُوَ أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ بِصَدَاقِ الأُخْرَى ، يَقُولُ : أَنْكِحْنِي وَأُنْكِحُكَ بِغَيْرِ صَدَاقٍ فَذَاكَ الشَّغَارُ " .
