: " كَتَبَتْ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْعِرَاقِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَرِئَ وَبَرِئَ رَسُولُهُ مِمَّنْ بَايَعَ وَفَارَقَ الْجَمَاعَةَ ، فَلا تُبَايِعُوا وَلا تُفَارِقُوا ، وَالسَّلامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ " .
