، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَا مِنْ مَرَضٍ أَوْ وَجَعٍ يُصِيبُ الْمُؤْمِنَ إِلا كَانَ كَفَّارَةً لِذَنْبِهِ , حَتَّى الشَّوْكَةِ يُشَاكُهَا , وَالنَّكْبَةِ يُنْكَبُهَا " .
