، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ صَوْمِ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلا يَرْفُثْ ، وَلا يَسْخَبْ ، فَإِنْ سَابَّهُ أَحَدٌ أَوْ شَاتَمَهُ أَوْ قَاتَلَهُ فَلْيَقُلْ : إِنِّي امْرُؤٌ صَائِمٌ " .
