حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا قُطِعَتْ يَدُ السَّارِقِ . . . اسْتَسْلاهَا ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَتُبْ تَبِعَهَا . " .
