، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِإِسْنَادٍ صَالِحٍ : " مَنْ جُعِلَ قَاضِيًا فَكَأَنَّمَا ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ " ، فَأَمَّا لَفْظُ هَذَا فَلا يُعْرَفُ إِلا مِنْ حَدِيثِ عِمْرَانَ هَذَا .
