، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : " لا نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ " . وَلا يُتَابَعُ عَلَيْهِ ، وَهَذَا الْمَتْنُ ثَابِتٌ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، بِغَيْرِ هَذَا الإِسْنَادِ .
