1762 حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي الزَّرْقَاءِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ سُفْيَانُ : " لَيْسَ فِي الْعَمْدِ لِلْوَلِيِّ إِلا الْقِصَاصُ ، أَوِ الْعَفْوُ ، وَلَيْسَ فِيهِ دِيَةٌ " .
