حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ " فِي الَّذِي يَأْتِي الْبَهِيمَةَ ، قَالَ : لا أَرَى أَنْ يَبْلُغَ بِهِ الْحَدَّ ، وَيُجْلَدُ " .
