حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ، وَالْفَضْلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالا : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَعْنِيَانِ ابْنَ عَيَّاشٍ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ أَتَى بَهِيمَةً فَلا حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ " .
