1731 حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ ، عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ أَبِي سَهْلٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْطَعُ مِنْ شَجَرِ الْحَرَمِ ، قَالَ : " يَحْكُمُ عَلَيْهِ فِي ذَلِكَ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ " .
