حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ مِغْوَلٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الأَرْمَاكِ الَّتِي تُتَّخَذُ ، قَالَ : " لَيْسَ عَلَى الْخَيْلِ السَّائِمَةِ زَكَاةٌ " .
