، قَالَ : " إِذَا كَانَ الْمَاءُ أَرْبَعِينَ قُلَّةً لَمْ يُنَجِّسْهُ شَيْءٌ " . وَقَالَ آخَرُونَ مِنْهُمْ : إِنَّمَا مَعْنَاهُ : إِذَا كَانَ الْمَاءُ كُرًّا لَمْ يُنَجِّسْهُ شَيْءٌ .
