1723 حَدَّثَنِي عَلِي بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ الأَبِيُّ الأَزْدِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعَافَى بْنُ عِمْرَانَ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّهُ " لَمْ يَرَ بَأْسًا أَنْ يُقْطَعَ الشَّجَرُ الْيَابِسُ مِنَ الْحَرَمِ " .
