قَالَ يَحْيَى : " وَكَرِهَ حَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ شِرَى أَرْضِ الْخَرَاجِ , وَلَمْ يَرَ بَأْسًا بِشِرَى أَرْضِ الصُّلْحِ مِثْلَ أَهْلِ الْحِيرَةِ وَنَحْوِهِمْ " .
