رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّهُ بَعَثَ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ حُنَيْفٍ , فَقَسَمَ عَلَى الثِّمَارِ : أَنَّ " فِي النَّخْلِ مَا أَسْقَتْهُ السَّمَاءُ , أَوْ سُقِيَ فَتْحًا الْعُشْرُ , وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالدَّوَالِي نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ " .
