حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ , عَنْ لَيْثٍ , عَنْ طَاوُسٍ , قَالَ : " لا يَسْتَحْلِفِ الرَّجُلُ الْمُصَدِّقُ الرَّجُلَ إِذَا اتَّهَمَهُ " , وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُ : يَسْتَحْلِفُهُمُ الْعَاشِرُ , وَيقْبَلُ قَوْلَهُمْ .
