, قَالَ : " كُنْتُ أُعَشِّرُ مَعَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ زَمَانَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ , وَكَانَ يَأْخُذُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ أَنْصَافَ عُشُورِ أَمْوَالِهِمْ فِيمَا تَجِرُوا فِيهِ " .
