وَكَانَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، يَقُولُ : " الْحُكْمُ فِيمَنْ نَقَضَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعَهْدِ , الْقَتْلُ أَوِ الإِسْلامُ , وَلا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُمُ الْجِزْيَةُ بَعْدَ النَّقْضِ " , وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُ : يُسْتَقْبَلُ بِهِمُ الأَمْرُ .
