يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنَّهُ أَقَادَ مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ قَتَلَ يَهُودِيًّا , وَقَالَ : أَنَا أَحَقُّ مَنْ وَفَّى بِذِمَّتِي " .
