، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُخَاضَرَةِ " ، وَالْمُخَاضَرَةُ : بَيْعُ الثَّمَرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَبْدُوَ وَيَزْهُوَ .
