، فِي نِسَاءٍ تَبَايَعْنَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ " فَأَمَرَ أَنْ يُقَوَّمَ أَوْلادُهُنَّ عَلَى آبَائِهِنَّ ، وَلا يُسْتَرَقُّوا تَبَايَعْنَ يَعْنِي بِعْنَ " .
