أَنَّ مِنْ هَلَكَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ لا وَارِثَ لَهُ يُعْلَمُ , وَلَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَ قَوْمٍ يُعَاقِلُهُمْ وَيُعَادُّهُمْ , فَمِيرَاثُهُ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فِي مَالِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي يُقْسَمُ بَيْنَهُمْ " .
